When I was a kid, my passions were drawing, doing chemistry experiments, and inventing things to sell to my school friends. My dilemma was whether I should become an illustrator, a scientist, or a Gyro Gearloose. In the end, I chose advertising. Somehow, quite by chance, I ended up in a profession that still lets me do the things I loved as a child.

I was born in southern Brazil, where I graduated in Advertising and worked for some years in Porto Alegre. Since 2004, São Paulo has been my home. Here, I’ve had the pleasure of working with very talented people at Almap BBDO, BBH São Paulo, DPZ, Loducca, Euro RSCG (Havas), and Fischer.

From 2015 to 2018, I worked at Almap BBDO as a Senior Art Director. 

From 2018 to 2023, I was Creative Director at SUNO, leading work for Santander, iFood, Eudora, and Netflix.

Since 2023, I’ve been Creative Partner at produCeRIA, a creative hub based in São Paulo and Miami that creates and produces anything. Check out our Instagram profile: @produceria.

During my career, I have created for nationwide and global accounts such as Audi, Volkswagen, Renault, Peugeot, Honda, Citroën, C&A, GOL Airlines, MTV, Rolling Stone Magazine, Playboy, ESPN, Elma Chips, Mentos, Panasonic, Electrolux, LG, Unilever, Tim, Nextel, Vivo Mobile, Itaú Bank, Kaiser, Heineken, and Nova Schin beer, among others.

My work has been recognized by major advertising festivals, such as Cannes Lions Festival (25 awards: 9 Lions + 16 Shortlists), Grand Prix at the Effie Awards Brazil, Brazilian Creative Annual (CCSP), ABP Festival in Rio, and Lisboa Sinos Festival. I have won Gold at the Effie Awards, FIAP, El Ojo, New York Festivals, Wave, ABP, and CCSP (Brazilian Creative Annual), and Silver at the Clio Awards. Other campaigns have been awarded at The One Show, Communication Arts, the London Festival, the Art Directors Club, and Prêmio Abril. I have had 24 works published in Lürzer's Archive Magazine, earned 21 Stars, and received more than 50 campaign awards at CCSP.

In 2019, SUNO was the Brazilian agency with the most trophies at the Effie Awards Brazil. In 2020, we were named Agency of the Year. In 2021, we won the Grand Effie with a project made in partnership with VMLY&R. In 2022, we were Agency of the Year once again. Santander was chosen Client of the Year in both the 2019 and 2021 editions.

SUNO was ranked among the Top 5 Independent Agencies by Effie Worldwide in 2021 and named Best Independent Agency in Latin America.

In 2020, 2021, and 2022, we won 4 "Profissionais da Globo" (Professionals of the Year - Globo TV) awards. Since 2016, I have had campaigns selected as finalists.

The campaigns for C&A were recognized at the most important festivals in Brazil and Latin America: Professionals of the Year (GLOBO TV), CCSP (Brazilian Creative Festival), Wave Festival (Rio), and El Ojo (Buenos Aires). The TV spots were among the best Brazilian commercials in the Professionals of the Year awards in both 2016 and 2017. At the CCSP Festival, the campaigns won six Stars, giving C&A the title of Client of the Year for the first time in its history.

The GOL Airlines campaign helped the company be elected, also for the first time, Top of Mind brand in Brazil, win Marketing Best Company in 2017, and take Silver at the Effie Awards 2018.

In 2018, 2019, and 2022, I was part of the jury at CCSP (Brazilian Creative Annual). In 2021, I was invited to be part of the jury for the Effie Awards Latin America.

Along with the team at BBH London, we won the pitch for the first global campaign of Vale mining company, launching their new positioning.

Working with teams from BBH New York and Singapore, the new brand identity of Vaseline was showcased on three different continents.

Since 2012, I have been teaching Creativity at Miami Ad School.

As a tutor, we have won several awards in major student competitions, such as the first Gold at Clio and at CCSP for the school, and reached the finals at Cannes Future Lions in 2016, 2015, and 2012. Other medals came from WAVE, FIAP, and El Ojo.
